The brands like Discover, Citi and Chase are so well-known around the world, you’ll have an easier time converting web traffic into affiliate commissions.
And it gets better…
Credit Cards are big business, we’re talking trillions of dollars world-wide. What’s that mean for the affiliate marketer?
BIG commissions!
Generally speaking, the more money surrounding a product, like credit cards, the more money you’ll be able to earn online through affiliate marketing.
“Great! Credit Card affiliate programs are the key to making money online, but how do I get started?”
Start a credit card blog or website.
Don’t worry. It’s easier than you think…
You can start your credit card affiliate site for free at Blogger.com or you can reserve a domain name and pay for website hosting.
That’s up to you. Either way, the process is exactly the same.
Start out with a domain name that has “credit card” in it. It can be anything like, MyCreditCardHelpSite.com (or MyCreditCardHelpSite.blogspot if you’re using Blogger). You want to use “credit card” in the name because it will help distinguish your site when someone is searching for credit card information through a search engine.
Next, you need to start writing original articles or stories about credit cards, making sure to use the term “credit card” often, but in a natural sounding way.
The more articles and stories you have, the more traffic your website will receive.
If you need help building a successful affiliate website, you might be interested in SBI. They'll get your site up, tell you what credit card topics to write about, teach you how to write irresistible articles AND they'll show you how to get free traffic to your site.

Writing about credit cards
Making money with credit card affiliate programs will be dependent on your ability to develop original content for your website. All you have to do is write a story about your experience with credit cards.
Then write about your friend’s experiences and your family’s.
You can even write about your favorite type of credit card, which bank you prefer, Visa vs. MasterCard, rewards cards, no-hassle cards, monthly fees vs. no monthly fees, your favorite design on a credit card, etc.
The possibilities are endless with credit cards.
When you’ve got 10-20 solid articles or stories about credit cards on your website, you should then join the credit card affiliate programs. You see, the affiliate program managers will want to see your site before they allow you to join the credit card program.
If you’re site is full of content, related solely to credit cards, you’ll have no problem being accepted and allowed to join.
When you’re accepted into the affiliate program, you may then search for the types of credit card affiliate programs you want to promote on your site.
Some affiliate programs will pay you only when an applicant has been approved, and others will pay you for every application that is completed (even if the applicant is denied the credit card!)
You’ll have to decide which works best and do not be afraid to test one credit card for a month, then switch to another. Find out which earned you the most money and stick with it!
Good luck with your credit card affiliate programs!
You’ll be making money in no time!
