ClickBank sends you an email copy of your receipt for all ebook purchases. If there's a problem with the ebook, all returns are handled by ClickBank as well. Just tell them what happened and they'll refund the purchase. However, they require you to delete the ebook from your computer as well. If you didn't, well, that would be like stealing. (I know you'd never do that! But I felt like I should include it. After all, I'd hate for my ebook to be stolen!)
